Meet Mikhail: Accountant, likes travel, cooking and a fine wine lover

Mikhail initially studied Civil Engineering before turning his passion for numbers into a career in accountancy.

Mikhail worked for many years with a wide range of London-based businesses as an accountant and financial controller before starting his own accountancy practice.

Since the launch of One Click Accountant in 2014, the firm has helped numerous contractors, business owners and individuals with all their bookkeeping and accounting needs.

Mikhail really enjoys helping his clients by making accounting simple.

Meet Emma: Accountant, outdoor enthusiast, dog lover, film buff

Emma is an accountant at One Click. She has been a qualified member of the AAT since July 2016 and has been working in finance since 1997. 

Emma has extensive experience and expertise in accounting and finance, having run a Limited company’s finance and accounting side with her husband since 2008.

At One Click, Emma takes on various roles as an accountant, and she is particularly interested in taxation and start-ups, for both individuals and companies. 

Emma likes to make accounting easy to understand and gets a lot of satisfaction from helping businesses grow and make decisions, especially when it comes to taxation. 

She enjoys working with people and is always friendly and approachable with clients.

Emma is a highly experienced and knowledgeable accountant who is also approachable, friendly, and loves helping businesses grow. 

She’s proficient in using various accounting software platforms, such as Xero, FreeAgent, Iris, and QuickBooks.

Outside of work, Emma loves to stay active by hiking, biking, walking her dogs, and going to the gym. She’s also a film buff and enjoys socialising with friends.

Meet Joanne: Accountant, fitness enthusiast, runner, Guns N Roses fan

Joanne started off her accountancy career 20 years ago. After being promoted to the office manager role at 21 whilst working as an estate agent, she began doing the books for the firm.

Joanne quickly realised that her passion was in accountancy rather than real estate.

Starting with bookkeeping, Joanne gradually made her way up and trained for a few years to get to where she is now. 

Joanne loves working in the accounting and finance field and couldn’t imagine doing anything else. 

More than anything else, Joanne enjoys helping her clients and providing advice when needed. 

Over the past several years, Joanne has built strong relationships with her clients whilst working at One Click.

Joanne has an 11-year-old son and three stepchildren (all boys!). Family time is everything to her. The family enjoys days out, going on holiday, and spending time together.

Joanne loves sports and exercising. She is into fitness and attends the local gym six days a week. Joanne is also a keen runner and regularly participates in competitions and events. 

Joanne loves listening to music and going to concerts. She has seen some of her favourite artists playing live, including Guns N Roses, Kings of Leon, Liam Gallagher, Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Rod Stewart!
